    I use GEM's music player at my three restaurants in Manhattan. In the past we used different streaming services or my managers would play their own playlists. We don't have the time to curate playlists anymore and keep up with keeping up with the updating. When we discovered GEM we shared our past playlists to get an idea of the vibe as each restaurant has a much different audience than the next. GEM curated playlists for our brunch, happy hour, and dinner services and absolutely nailed it. We see people now using their phones to find out the name/artist of the song along with noticing guests staying longer and ordering an extra round of drinks or dessert as the great music selection is keeping our guests enjoying their overall experience more.
